I just realized I never told you about our experience last Thursday at the school.
Last week we headed back to the school where we went for Halloween, this time armed with presentations about Disney (mine), the Amish (Ashlin's) and interesting places in America (Anna's). Sarah was purposefully absent this time seeing as she fell asleep in the middle of the visit last time, we felt it was not quite her scene and so we kept it to the three of us and Masha this time. The presentations were a success after much confusion and frustration about what we were actually supposed to be doing, we thought we were leading an english club and they wanted us to teach classes. So now we are apparently going to be leading classes with help from Masha and hopefully next time we will have more that 24 hours notice to prepare. This week we are continuing the topics from last time with the students presenting to us about the respective topics as the relate to Russia. So hopefully this week the students will be a bit more engaged as they will be the ones speaking. It will be really interesting to learn more about Russia as well, I'll try to remember as much as I can to relay back to you as well :)

Sounds great! Hopefully things will be less frustrating and more organized next time. Sounds like you need to prod Masha for some more timely guidelines. Good luck :) Can't wait to hear more!
